BRC are working closely with a housing association in Cardiff who are looking for a qualified electrician to join their team. A valid driving licence is essential for this role as you'll have access to company vehicle.
You'll support the team to continue to carry out essential work within tenants' homes (void and tenanted properties). You'll provide comprehensive electrical inspections, testing, and repair services to tenants in accordance with relevant codes and standards. You'll be responsible for completing the works to the required standard and in a timely manner, providing certificates where necessary. You will also assist the team supervisor to co-ordinate job planning and the ordering of materials to carry out works effectively.
