Customer Service Specialist

$60,000 - $80,000 + Super | Gold Coast 

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service & Technical Support Specialist to join a growing and dynamic organisation within the electrical and technology space.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, supporting customers, and working with technical products in a hands-on environment.

About the Role

In this varied role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service while also providing technical support as required. You'll have full support and training for the role and work closely with internal engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure customers receive practical, timely, and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Communication

• Provide professional and responsive customer service for product-related enquiries
• Manage phone and email enquiries from customers and electricians
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and a solution-focused approach
• Ensure all issues are followed through and closed out effectively

Operations & Team Support

• Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system
• Assist with sales order processing and basic inventory coordination when required
• Conduct quality checks on incoming materials and review technical documentation
• Prioritise tasks based on business urgency and resource availability
• Support the wider team with administrative, logistics, or sales tasks as needed
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service role (industry background flexible)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
• Confident problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
• Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
