About the Opportunity

Join a respected and growing South Brisbane multidisciplinary firm within their Wealth Management team. Supporting an experienced Financial Adviser, you will work with an established client base across superannuation, investments, insurance, and cash flow management, helping deliver a seamless and high-quality client experience.

This is a hands-on opportunity suited to a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Officer who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement financial advice recommendations
• Prepare and manage Fee Disclosure Statements (FDS) and associated documentation
• Prepare and finalise SOA/ROA
• Execute and process trades efficiently and accurately
• Liaise with superannuation funds and external providers regarding client matters
• Provide day-to-day support to the Financial Adviser and broader Wealth Management team
• Ensure all client administration is completed accurately and within required timeframes
• Assist in maintaining a smooth and professional client experience across all touchpoints

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a Client Services Officer, Client Support, or similar financial planning support role
• Strong understanding of financial planning administration and advice implementation processes
• Exposure to SMSF and high-net-worth client environments highly regarded
• Xplan experience advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong communication skills and a client-first approach
