Operations Manager - Community Aged Care

Well-established community aged care program looking for an experienced operator to take full ownership across Support at Home.

This is a sizeable, well-performing service with an established client base, experienced coordinators and strong leadership support. The role has come about due to internal movement, not a rebuild.

You’ll own performance across service delivery, workforce, budgets and compliance.

What you’ll be doing

• Overseeing SAH delivery across an established client base
• Leading a structured team across care coordination and service delivery
• Managing budgets, labour, utilisation and performance
• Full accountability for compliance, audits and Aged Care Quality Standards
• Working closely with executive, clinical and quality teams
• Identifying and driving operational improvements

About you

• Strong experience in community aged care (SAH / HCP / CHSP)
• Have led a sizeable service/portfolio 
• Solid understanding of compliance, audits and funding models
• Comfortable owning performance across people, budgets and operations
• Hands-on when needed, not purely oversight
