Aged Care Clinical Nurse

Join a large residential facility on the Fraser Coast where your leadership and expertise are truly valued. You’ll play a key role in delivering person-centred care and guiding a dedicated care team within a supportive environment. Work alongside another Clinical Nurse and report in to a long standing Facility Manager.

Your Role

As a Clinical Nurse, you’ll take a hands-on leadership role in clinical care delivery while supporting and mentoring the nursing and care teams. 

• Lead and coordinate best-practice resident care
• Oversee wound care, medication management, and AN-ACC documentation
• Mentor and guide RNs and care staff to achieve quality outcomes
• Partner with families and allied health teams to deliver holistic care
• Foster a safe, supportive, and resident-focused workplace culture

About You

• Bachelor of Nursing with current APHRA registration
• 1-2 years experience working as a Clinical Nurse within aged care 
• Proven ability to provide strong clinical leadership, mentoring, and support to nursing and care teams
• Sound knowledge of AN-ACC, accreditation standards, compliance requirements, and care planning processes
• A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-centred care
