A leading demolition and earthworks company is seeking an experienced Casual Estimating & Quoting Consultant to support ongoing project demand. This role suits someone who enjoys flexible work, can operate independently, and brings strong construction knowledge to the table.
About the Role
You will prepare accurate estimates and draft professional quotes for demolition and earthworks projects. This is a work‑from‑home position, approximately 2 days per week, with flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for demolition and earthworks projects
• Draft and format client quotes
• Review project documentation, drawings, and scope requirements
• Liaise with internal stakeholders for clarifications
• Support closing deals and acquiring new business through accurate, timely, and competitive quoting

What We're Looking For

• Experience in estimating and drafting quotes
• Strong construction background — ideally earthworks or demolition
• Experience supporting deal closure or contributing to new business acquisition
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• High attention to detail and strong written communication
• Proficiency with estimating tools, spreadsheets, and documentation
