Our client is a national electrical contractor delivering high‑quality construction and project works across QLD. With strong growth across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, they are seeking a qualified Electrical Leading Hand / Foreman to support ongoing project delivery and join the business as a long‑term team member.
 
About the Role
You will lead small teams across electrical construction projects, starting on a major site on the Gold Coast, with additional work across Brisbane and occasional regional projects. This role suits a hands‑on electrical leader who enjoys site‑based work, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects run safely and efficiently.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical teams on construction project sites
• Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and site requirements
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all works
• Work closely with Project Managers and site stakeholders
• Support project delivery across multiple Brisbane and regional sites

What You'll Bring

• Qualified Electrician (essential)
• Experience as a Leading Hand or Foreman on construction projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work across multiple sites when required
• Commitment to long‑term growth within the company

Salary & Benefits

• $54-$56 per hour (depending on experience)
• Company van + fuel card
