Operations Manager - Community Aged Care

Join an established and growing community aged care provider in a leadership role offering genuine autonomy, influence and the opportunity to help shape future service growth.

Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in supporting quality outcomes, maintaining compliance standards and contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the service.

The Role

• Lead the operations of a community care service
• Provide leadership, coaching and support to a multidisciplinary team
• Drive operational performance, workforce effectiveness and client outcomes
• Maintain strong compliance, governance and quality standards
• Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare and community stakeholders
• Support community engagement and growth initiatives
• Contribute to strategic planning and organisational objectives as part of the leadership team

About You

• Significant leadership experience within community aged care is essential
• Clinical background highly regarded but not essential
• Strong understanding of Support at Home programs and service delivery models
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and driving operational performance
• Sound knowledge of aged care quality standards, compliance and governance requirements
• Strong stakeholder engagement, networking and relationship-building skills
• Commercial acumen with the ability to balance service quality, growth and operational outcomes
• Passion for delivering positive outcomes for clients, families and staff
