Clinical Nurse – Community Aged Care

Step into leadership while staying hands-on with client care. 

Are you an experienced RN looking for the next step in your community nursing career? This hands-on role offers the chance to lead, mentor, and develop a small nursing team while continuing to make an impact in the lives of older people living independently in their own homes. 

You’ll work closely with a supportive Manager and Care Coordinators to guide clinical practice, enhance care quality, and drive continuous improvement - all within a collaborative and positive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of community-based Nurses
• Provide clinical oversight, assessments, and care planning
• Strengthen clinical capability and maintain team competencies
• Work collaboratively with Care Coordinators to deliver quality outcomes
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and compliance
• Contribute to quality initiatives and Support at Home readiness

About You

• Registered Nurse (AHPRA) with 3+ years’ community experience
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or senior RN experience
• Strong clinical assessment and compliance knowledge
• Confident communicator with excellent organisation skills
• Current driver's licence and reliable transportation
