Quality Coordinator

You’ll play a key role in supporting systems, processes and documentation across services, working with teams and managers to strengthen practice and build your experience in aged care quality.

This is a practical, hands-on role focused on compliance, reviews and improvement work, suited to someone looking to grow further in quality or governance while staying connected to operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting preparation for internal and external quality reviews
• Conducting internal audits and documentation checks
• Assisting with incident follow-up and reporting processes
• Supporting policy updates and governance documentation
• Writing and tracking improvement plans and actions
• Gathering compliance evidence and supporting reporting requirements
• Working with managers to strengthen systems and processes
• Supporting quality improvement initiatives across services

About You

• 1–2 years’ experience in a quality role within residential or community aged care
• RN or EN qualification
• Experience supporting audits, incidents, documentation or compliance processes
• Confident working with systems, evidence and written documentation
• Organised and comfortable working with managers to strengthen processes
• Practical, organised and confident supporting teams to improve documentation and processes.
