Key Responsibilities:

• Leading multidisciplinary teams across clinical, care, lifestyle and support services
• Ensuring compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
• Overseeing workforce stability, occupancy performance and financial outcomes
• Building strong relationships with residents, families and staff
• Driving continuous improvement across care quality, culture and service delivery

What You’ll Bring

• Clinical or Non Clinical Managers considered 
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Facility Manager within residential aged care
• Experience in roles such as Director of Nursing or Residential Manager also considered
• Strong understanding of aged care standards, compliance and governance requirements
• Proven ability to lead teams, build stability and maintain a positive culture
• Confidence managing operational performance, budgets and service outcomes
