Regional Manager – Community Aged Care

Lead a well-established community aged care team supported by experienced coordinators and strong executive leadership.

Working for a respected not-for-profit aged care provider, this role will oversee Support at Home and CHSP services across Brisbane & surrounds. 

Reporting to the Head of Aged Care, the role works closely with executive, clinical and quality teams to ensure strong operational performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership of an established and growing community aged care service, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly
• Lead and support a team of experienced Care Coordinators, providing oversight and guidance across service delivery
• Monitor service performance, client outcomes and team productivity to ensure programs operate effectively
• Work closely with senior leadership, clinical and quality teams to maintain strong compliance and service standards
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and operational performance

About You

• Demonstrated leadership experience within community aged care at Regional Manager, Community Care Manager, Service Manager or similar level
• Strong operational knowledge of Support at Home and CHSP programs
• Experience overseeing community care teams and service delivery within a regulated aged care environment
• Solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, compliance and operational performance
• Ability to lead teams, drive service performance and work effectively with senior leadership
