Part time, 12-month contract to guide small Community NFP through the remainder of a merger process whilst managing the ongoing business
About the Role
In this role, you will lead a purposeful and passionate organisation. The CEO will continue the work of the incumbent leadership team in delivering exceptional service to the organisation’s clients, whilst moving the merger process forward to its intended mid-year conclusion. This work will be delivered with the support of the Board and the team, that is loyal and passionate about the organisation’s mission.
The CEO will be custodian of the organisation’s purpose, vision and values ensuring that the organisation’s hard-won reputation is not diminished both through and beyond the merger process. The CEO will be required to network and advocate for the organisation through funding and sector engagement processes.
