About the Role
The Chief Corporate Services Officer (CCSO) is a key executive leader responsible for ensuring the organisation’s financial, technological, and operational sustainability.
This role provides strategic leadership across core business functions, including finance, information technology, property and procurement, legal and insurance, business analysis, growth projects, corporate hospitality and contractor management.
The CCSO plays a critical role in optimising business performance, driving efficiency and ensuring robust governance and compliance across all corporate functions.
Working closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, the CCSO will drive innovation, risk management and commercial opportunities that enhance the organisation’s operational resilience.
This role is instrumental in leveraging technology, data, and financial insights to make informed business decisions, improve service delivery, and position the organisation as a sector leader.

You bring:
Expert Finance Knowledge: Qualified Accountant with deep understanding of budgets, financial forecasting and long term financial planning to support business decisions.
Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams across multiple functions.
Technology Background: Expertise driving digital transformations and leveraging strategic technology innovations to enhance service delivery and operational performance.
Property Management Experience: Strong experience in strategic property asset management along with purchasing, supplier and contract negotiations skills.
Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Experience: Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
Leadership: Demonstrated passion for leadership in motivating, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
Communication: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including negotiating with key partners like unions.
