About the Role
To meet the organisations' purpose by providing operational leadership and manage Aged Care services provided by the organisation.
To transition service delivery to ensure sustainability for the organisation to become a provider of choice and an admired and trusted brand for Aged Care Services.
The role is responsible for business growth responding appropriately to the changing sector environment through strong financial leadership and business analysis expertise.
As Care Operations Manager, the position contributes to financial sustainability and revenue and is accountable for financial control and profitability of the Aged Care Programs. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), this position is focused on budgeting, reporting and analysis.

Proven experience in operational management, with a track record of delivering on strategic plans and growing services.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to navigate and balance regulatory requirements and quality compliance standards while driving operational and strategic growth.
A strong commitment to a values-led leadership style.
A leader who is calm under pressure and understands strong advocate for change
Essential:
Bachelor's degree in Community Services, Business Administration, Commerce, Science, or a related field.
Proven track record in a senior executive leadership position.
