About the Role:
In collaboration with the Service Delivery management team, the Manager – NDIS Workforce is responsible for strategically coordinating the recruitment, management and retention of staff supporting NDIS funded services, as well as collaborating with the scheduling team to minimise agency usage.
The role ensures maximum utilisation and optimisation of Community Support Workers and casuals delivering NDIS funded services, including collaboration with the NDIS funded services management team to monitor, plan and help implement recruitment and retention strategies to employ staff to best meet the needs of all NDIS funded services ensuring high quality services are delivered.
