The Opportunity
As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services, both in-clinic and in the community. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career in a dynamic healthcare setting. Their Gisborne clinic is equipped to deliver high-quality in-clinic and community-based services, backed by a commitment to professional development, team culture, and innovative approaches to rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver rehabilitation programmes for in-clinic and community settings.
- Work closely with allied health professionals to provide integrated, client-centred care.
- Produce comprehensive reports detailing client capabilities, objectives, and evidence-based interventions.
- Effectively manage appointments and tasks using diary management software.
Requirements: - Bachelors of Occupational Therapy
- Eligibility to apply for registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of New Zealand.
- Strong time management and caseload prioritisation skills.
- Valid driver’s licence for community-based rehabilitation work.
- Exceptional communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members.
