Join Hays as a Recruitment Manager within our established Brisbane team, you’ll take ownership of a Construction desk as well as leading and developing a team of 2-4 consultants, with clear plans for continued growth as the market expands.

Your new role
This role is ideal for a hands‑on, people‑first leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has a proven ability to lift performance through strong coaching and leadership. As Recruitment Manager, you will:
- Lead, coach and inspire a team of consultants within the construction sector
- Balance people leadership with your own high-performing recruitment desk
- Strengthen client partnerships through on-site engagement and trusted delivery
- Champion the customer by delivering safe, reliable and high-quality recruitment solutions
- Drive team productivity, engagement and growth in a delivery-led environment
- Develop future leaders through coaching, performance management and capability building
