Your new role
As a Senior Recruitment Partner, you'll become a trusted recruiter within Adelaide's Projects & Change technology market, building meaningful relationships with candidates and developing a deep understanding of industry trends, skills demand and talent movements.
No two days are the same. You might spend one day meeting with technology professionals to understand their career aspirations, and the next partnering with clients and colleagues to deliver recruitment solutions across some of Australia's leading organisations.
You'll have autonomy over the recruitment process, including:
- Building and strengthening relationships with technology professionals across the Projects & Change market
- Developing market knowledge and staying informed on industry trends, talent movements and emerging opportunities
- Creating and executing sourcing strategies within your specialist area
- Identifying market insights and potential opportunities to relay to client-facing colleagues
- Working closely with Recruitment Partners, Business Directors and broader Hays teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
What you'll need to succeedWe're open to a range of backgrounds and experience levels. Whether you're an experienced recruiter, working in the technology sector, or simply have a genuine interest in the IT space, we're looking for people who are motivated to learn, build expertise and contribute to a high-performing team.
You'll be:
- Curious and eager to develop deep knowledge of the Projects & Change technology market
- Confident building relationships and engaging with professionals at all levels
- Motivated to become a Strategic partner and market expert within your specialisation
- Ambitious, team-oriented and willing to learn from those around you
- Solution-focused, respectful and committed to doing the right thing for clients, candidates and colleagues
- Comfortable working towards goals, targets and performance outcomes
