Our Queensland business is experiencing strong growth, and we have an exciting opportunity to join the Hays team in Brisbane on a full time temporary basis for 3 to 6 months.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage end to end recruitment while building strong, trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders and candidates. This role offers the chance to make a real impact by identifying and engaging top talent in a fast paced environment. This role will see you recruiting experienced and aspiring recruitment professionals into the Hays business as they build new careers within this limitless industry.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver aligned talent strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing through to offer and onboarding
- Proactively source talent using direct sourcing, market mapping and networks
- Promote the employer brand and deliver a strong candidate experience
- Drive efficient, compliant recruitment processes and continuous improvement
- Track hiring metrics and provide insights to support decision-making
What you'll need to succeed - Proven 360 agency recruitment experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage high volume recruitment and build proactive strategic talent pipelines
- Strong direct sourcing capability with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders to drive better hiring outcomes
- Highly organised with strong time management and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
