Due to ongoing growth in our team, we are seeking a Client Engagement Manager to join our established Technology business where you will work with clients across WA.
Your new role
As a Client Engagement Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving strategic business development and client engagement. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, identify new opportunities, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions in partnership with our internal teams. This is a client-facing role focused on building long-term relationships, increasing revenue, and delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans
- Building deep knowledge of client portfolios
- Driving new business opportunities and client retention
- Engaging with Recruitment Partners to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Representing Hays professionally and upholding our market-leading brand
What you'll need to succeed You’re a confident communicator with strong commercial acumen and a passion for building relationships. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are resilient to setbacks, and motivated by achieving results. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in business development or client-facing roles
- Strong influencing and consulting skills
- A team-oriented mindset and drive to deliver customer-focused outcomes
- Strategic thinking and a drive to grow revenue
