Your New Role 
  
Our Hays Sydney CBD office is seeking a full-time, permanent, experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the team. This role commences immediately. 
  
The payroll recruitment team is one of the longest-established and most successful sectors, boasting a loyal client base and significant growth potential. Based in the Sydney CBD, you'll also need to be flexible, visiting our Hays office and various client locations across New South Wales.   

Join our high-performing Payroll team, covering permanent roles. Handling everything from recruiting Payroll Administrators to Payroll Directors, you'll work with a diverse range of industries and organisations, from small businesses to large corporations.  
  
What You'll Need to Succeed 
  
As a recruitment expert who values candidate and client relationships and takes the time to build a personal brand, we are looking for a well-organised individual with a great attitude and work ethic to join our successful team. You’ll be: 

• Highly motivated and sales-driven with recruitment experience 
• Committed and confident in building partnerships with customers 
• Proud of your strong track record of exceeding targets 
• Driven towards achieving results to progress your career 
• Solution-focused, respectful, and always looking to do the right thing for those you encounter 
• Ambitious to think beyond to achieve improved solutions for clients, candidates, and colleagues 
• Adaptable and agile, able to constantly seek new opportunities in the market
