Your new role
Are you motivated and thrive in a collaborative environment? We are seeking an experienced technology recruiter to work along Account Managers to create strategic sourcing strategies and actively engage candidates within the contract technology market. Your day to day will involve:

• Engaging with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and managing the recruitment process
• Creating and managing sourcing strategies within your specialised technology sector
• Develop and build relationships with your candidates partnering with them through out their contracts and ongoing careers
• Collaborate across your local team, office, and wider technology business
• Live our Hays values where collaboration and inclusivity are at the heart of our approach

What you'll need to succeed
We know that you've got what it takes because you are a skilled technology recruiter with 12 months experience in a candidate focused of 360 recruitment based role. Along with this you are also:

• Highly motivated and committed and confident in building partnerships with candidate and clients in the technology sector
• Driven towards achieving results to progress your career
• Solution focused, respectful and always looking to do the right thing for those your encounter
• Ambitious to think beyond to achieve improved solutions for clients, candidates and colleagues
• Adaptable and agile and able to constantly seek new creative sourcing strategies to engage with the top tech talent
