Your new role 
 
Our Hays Brisbane CBD office is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator (Compliance) to join our internal Service Delivery team. This is a full-time permanent role that commences immediately.  
  
Responsibilities  

• Assist as required with Service Reviews (internal audits) as scheduled across APAC region 
• Data entry of findings and collation of results to present to internal stakeholders  
• Liaise with the Administration/Compliance team across APAC to assist with any compliance related queries 
• Ensure that the reporting logs are accurately updated in a timely manner 
• Assisting with answering high-volume calls on the Hays Customer Service free call lines for Australia and New Zealand 
• Maintain the Compliance and Service Delivery inboxes to ensure all queries are responded to 
• Provide training to all administrators across APAC on the Critical Processes 

  
What you'll need to succeed 
 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office in particular in Excel  
• Previous administration/compliance experience  
• Excellent phone manner and high-level customer service skills 
• Capability to work autonomously and under pressure 
• Quick grasp of new operations and concepts 
• High attention to detail and accuracy 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation
