Your new role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full time permanent Client Insights Consultant based in Melbourne CBD and commencing immediately. You’ll be joining our Hays team and supporting the delivery to our client in the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and interpret data to provide actionable insights.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and present findings.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to ensure alignment and leverage expertise.
Duties:
- Utilise dashboards and reports to identify and highlight key trends and metrics.
- Research and analyse client requests to provide clear answers.
- Continuously evaluate and update client reporting to meet evolving needs.
- Review external market trends to generate relevant insights.
- Prepare tailored data sets and create presentations for your stakeholders.
- Create automated data reports and supporting documentation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Train stakeholders on data interpretation and usage.
- Simplify complex data sets for easy understanding.
- Use storytelling to convey insights and recommendations.
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc reviews with clients.
- Gather requirements for new reporting needs.
What you’ll need to succeed: - Expertise in data analysis and reporting tools.
- An understanding of recruitment
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex data and tell a compelling story.
- Excellent client engagement and relationship-building abilities.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working in analytics teams.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in Excel – pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, formulas, charts, and graphs
