We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner for an outsourced RPO solution account based in Adelaide in the mining sector. This is a full time two year role commencing immediately.  
  

• Effectively managing the recruitment process and onboarding for niche technical roles 
• Partner with the client in order to deliver a tailored recruitment solution 
• Working with our internal sourcing team and Hays agency team to source for the roles  
• Provide specialist advice, support and recommendations on specific market conditions 
• Facilitate end to end recruitment solution including placement and aftercare as per the client specific operations manual 

  
What you'll need to succeed  
   

• Previous end to end recruitment experience in the mining sector 
• Committed and confident in building partnerships with customers  
• Proud of your strong track record delighting your customers 
• Solution focussed, respectful and always looking to do the right thing for those your encounter  
• Ambitious to think beyond to achieve improved solutions for clients, candidates and colleagues  
• Adaptable and agile, able to constantly seek new opportunities in the market  
• Highly collaborative and possess strong interpersonal skills
