Your new role
Working as an experienced Recruitment Consultant you will create meaningful relationships with customers and partner with them for their recruitment solutions. This may involve meeting at a café for meetings one day and then talking hiring strategies with national clients in a boardroom the next. You will have full autonomy for managing the recruitment process which will involve;

• Building a diverse client network through business development and industry networking events
• Creating and managing sourcing strategies within your specialised sector
• Working with your counterparts and with other teams in your office and across Australia
• Live our Hays values where collaboration and inclusivity are at the heart of our approach.

  
What you'll need to succeed
The right person for this role will have 2+ years’ experience in a 360-recruitment role preferably operating in a corporate/professional industry. Either way, we know you are:

• Highly motivated and someone who thrives in a team environment
• Committed and confident in building partnerships with customers through business development
• Solution focused, respectful and always looking to do the right thing for those your encounter
• Proven experience working with targets / KPIs / sales budgets
• Motivated to go above and beyond and to grow your career
