Your new role
Our Hays Adelaide office is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time permanent role commencing immediately. This role will report into the Head of Customer Experience.
As the Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be responsible for executing on our customer experience strategy and initiatives. You will analyse customer data and feedback to identify pain points, generate actionable insights, and develop effective solutions. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and oversee the successful implementation of customer experience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to and implement initiatives designed to embed customer centricity and improve customer experience
- Shape, plan and launch internal and external facing projects and initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Care, Change, Marketing, Technology, and Operations teams
- Analyse customer data to identify pain points and opportunities
- Provide data-driven insights to enhance satisfaction and engagement
- Report on CX performance and support the business to utilise dashboards that surface CX data and insights
- Support Customer Care with inquiries and process improvements
- Optimise customer-facing communications and templates
What You'll Need to Succeed - 3+ years of hands-on customer service experience
- Experience in analysing customer data & feedback, suggesting and implementing improvements
- Customer-centric mindset and natural problem-solver
- Strategic thinker who can also execute day-to-day tasks
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Attention to detail with excellent communication skills
- Technical skills – Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Survey tools/platforms
