Heavily established General Contractor in Orlando is looking for a Lead Superintendent with a strong knowledge of stick frame multifamily construction and tunnel form experience is a major plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all field operations on a $20M+ multifamily ground-up project
• Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and field staff from start to CO
• Ensure safety, schedule, and quality standards are upheld on site
• Oversee tunnel form construction processes and manage mid-to-high-rise logistics
• Conduct inspections, manage site documentation, and report to leadership
• Represent company values of integrity, teamwork, and accountability on site

• Experience managing $20M+ multifamily projects from civil through handover
• Tunnel form and mid-to-high-rise project experience strongly preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to foresee and solve issues before they arise
