A leading heavy civil general contractor renowned for successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure and high-value DOT projects has an urgent need in the Texas District for a Survey CAD Manager as well as at least 3 Mid to Senior level Survey CAD Specialists to build out the new team. 

This technical role is crucial for high-profile heavy civil projects, focusing on creating DOT plans and converting them into 3D models for machine control and field use.

Survey CAD Technician / Manager

Location: The role is 100% office-based in Denton, TX

• At least 5+ years of direct construction background experience 
• CAD expert with proficiency in Trimble Business Center and related software (Bluebeam, Microsoft).
• Candidates with a Drone Pilot License and experience with field equipment/crew supervision are highly desired.
