We’re looking for someone early in their civil career who wants to step into a role that blends office work with field exposure. You’ll support active transportation projects and work closely with an experienced superintendent who’s known for being patient and a strong teacher.

What You’ll Do

• Review plans, including FDOT drawings
• Assist with daily tracking and project documentation
• Provide support in the field and the office
• Work alongside a superintendent on active civil projects
• Use Bluebeam, Outlook, and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Help keep tasks moving and communicate with the team

What We’re Looking For

• At least two years of civil experience
• Comfortable reading plans (FDOT experience is a plus)
• Organized, dependable, and interested in learning
• Able to travel around the Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Naples area
• Monday–Friday availability, 7:00 to 5:00
• Someone who wants to grow into more responsibility over time
