YHA Sydney Central, is a newly renovated and vibrant property, located in the heart of Sydney, offering easy access to major attractions and public transport. With a strong focus on sustainability and guest experience, we pride ourselves on delivering a welcoming, eco-conscious environment for our visitors coupled with a safe and fun environment where our team can flourish.

We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead our team on a full-time basis. Our housekeeping team plays a vital role in maintaining the property’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. 

What are we looking for:

• Experience in a Housekeeping leadership role, managing, mentoring and motivating a team
• Commitment to supporting procedures with a focus on supporting safety and environmental policies
• A commitment to maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with property management systems is desirable 
• Flexible availability, including the ability to work on a 24/7 roster, with night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
