As a result, the HR function is looking to elevate its service to support, hence the creation of the Business Partnering position. Whilst the organisation is global, locally it feels a lot like a start up / scale up and the organisation is building out process whilst balancing the maintaining of the culture they have worked hard to create.
Your Role in Action
End-to-end employee lifecycle (with minimal ER - yes, these roles really do exist!)
Partnering with key stakeholders, providing coaching and guidance to uplift capabilities
Supporting with succession planning, salary reviews and bonus conversations
Managing the HR inbox (queries are anything from leave-related through to policies & procedures)
Acquiring new talent through recruitment activities, utilising predominantly LinkedIn for GP Rep roles or through key partners in network
Managing data inputs for salary benchmarking activity
Managing outsourced employee payroll and automated leave process in conjunction with Finance
Preparing various HR calendars & coordinating events
What You Bring to the Table
You have a background in either FMCG or Pharmaceuticals and you understand how to work at pace with tight deadlines
You're well-versed in the full employee lifecycle and partnering with senior stakeholders
You have experience with using SAP SuccessFactors (essential)
You've worked in a matrixed organisation and collaborated with leaders across all levels and in other locations
