What's the brief?
This global retail collective looks after the distribution of some of Australia’s most loved brands. But they’re not your average retailer. They have a strong reputation of looking after their workforce, and are proud of their sustainability efforts. As the ER Advisor for their state of the art distribution centre, you’ll work closely with the Senior P&C Manager for Logistics to ensure that their workforce is happy, engaged and safe.
Is This Your Perfect Match?
If you’re thinking of a dark and dingy warehouse – think again! This distribution centre was built with purpose, to support complex and well-oiled distribution channels. Powered by 300 employees, it’s the centre of the organisation's Australasian presence. You’ll work alongside the Senior P&C Manager to uplift leadership capabilities, implement engagement initiatives and support with generalist activities.
The organisation takes a lot of pride in the trusting relationships they’ve built with their employees, so the perfect match would be someone that is just as invested in relationships. If you’re serious about the wellbeing of your client groups, this is the role for you.
