What’s the Brief?
We're partnering with an Australian-owned professional services firm that's all about balancing tradition with innovation. The firm has a down-to-earth, people-first approach and a reputation for fostering growth from within.
Recently, an exciting P&C Business Partner role has opened up, partnering with the Business Advisory and Tax divisions. You'll be balancing hands-on operational work with strategic input, driving performance, building relationships, and tackling day-to-day challenges within one of the firm’s largest divisions.
Is This Your Perfect Match?
You’re someone who thrives on growth, ready to step up into an HR Business Partnering role. You’ve got a bit of grit and a whole lot of resilience, knowing how to build trust without charging in all guns blazing. You’re skilled at building credibility over time and understand the value of earning respect through consistent, thoughtful engagement.
You know the professional services game and understand that details matter - especially when you’re working with detail-focused stakeholders who notice the little things. You don’t shy away from manual processes - after all, you know that good things are on the horizon, like the rollout of a new HRIS. You’re keen to be part of that transformation and love the idea of contributing to a more streamlined way of working.
You’re the kind of teammate who just gets stuck in because that’s how the team rolls. Plus, you’ll be reporting to a Head of P&C who’s all about coaching, guiding, and helping you grow, bringing high energy and motivation to the team.
