About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Graduate Speech Pathologist to join a supportive team working with children and adults with disabilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate looking to begin their professional career, develop practical clinical experience and make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language and communication assessments.
• Develop individualised therapy and intervention plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to children and adults with disabilities.
• Support clients with communication, speech, language and swallowing needs where appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with families, carers and other allied health professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, reports and progress notes.
• Support clients in achieving their communication and participation goals.

About You
To be considered, you will have:

• A recognised qualification in Speech Pathology.
• Eligibility for relevant professional recognition/membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
• A genuine interest in working with children and adults with disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A client-centred, compassionate and professional approach.
• Valid Australian working rights.
• Ability to meet relevant screening requirements for working with children and people with disabilities.

Previous disability or NDIS experience is highly regarded but not essential for new graduates.
