Marketing Intern
 
Role Overview
 
An opportunity is available for a motivated marketing student, recent graduate or aspiring digital marketing professional to gain practical experience supporting paid advertising campaigns and digital marketing activities.
The successful candidate will work alongside a marketing team and assist with campaign coordination, advertising performance monitoring, audience research and marketing analysis. The role is suited to candidates interested in digital advertising, paid media and data-driven marketing, with responsibilities tailored to their skills, experience and the team's current requirements.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, setting up and managing paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Support keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis to identify marketing opportunities.
• Help monitor advertising campaign performance, including clicks, impressions, conversions and engagement.
• Assist with preparing campaign performance reports and analysing marketing data.
• Support the development and optimisation of advertising copy, creative assets and campaign messaging.
• Help conduct A/B testing of advertisements, headlines, audiences and landing pages.
• Assist with keyword performance analysis and budget monitoring under appropriate supervision.
• Research industry trends, customer behaviour and competitor advertising strategies.
• Support the review of landing pages and recommend improvements to campaign performance and user experience.
• Contribute to marketing documentation, campaign records and continuous improvement initiatives.

 
Skills and Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, paid advertising and online customer acquisition.
• Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms, particularly Google Ads and Meta Ads, is desirable.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Excel or other marketing reporting tools is an advantage.
• Good analytical, research and problem-solving skills, with an interest in interpreting campaign data.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Creative thinking and an interest in developing engaging advertising content.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn, receive feedback and collaborate with a marketing team.
