Whether you're a qualified mechanic or an experienced bush mechanic, you'll be trusted to manage your own workshop and workload while working closely with another experienced mechanic. This is a hands-on role where your ability to think ahead, solve problems and keep things running smoothly will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities - Maintain and repair a wide range of agricultural, feedlot and plant equipment
- Diagnose faults and carry out mechanical repairs
- Manage and organise your own workshop
- Plan and prioritise your workload to keep operations running efficiently
- Carry out preventative maintenance
- Communicate and coordinate with another mechanic when required
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For - Qualified mechanic or experienced bush mechanic
- Experience in maintaining agricultural machinery, trucks and plant equipment
- Able to work independently and confidently manage your own workload
- Naturally organised with strong time management skills
- Practical thinker with the initiative to identify and solve problems
- Reliable, hands-on and willing to hook in when needed
- Strong communication skills and enjoys working as part of a team
- Current driver's licence
