About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join IPA's Executive Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this pivotal role will lead the organisation's financial strategy, governance, planning and performance while partnering with the executive team to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.

The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership across budgeting, forecasting, reporting, risk management, working capital optimisation and business transformation initiatives. This role also plays a key part in supporting commercial decision-making, overseeing investments, and ensuring a strong financial control environment across the business.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the financial strategy, planning, budgeting and forecasting processes to support IPA's long-term business objectives.
• Provide trusted commercial advice and strategic recommendations to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team and Board.
• Oversee all financial reporting, compliance, audit, tax and governance activities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, inventory performance and receivables to optimise financial outcomes.
• Lead and develop the Finance team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive key business transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation and cross-functional strategic projects.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance executive within a complex commercial environment.
• Strong expertise in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, governance and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and contribute to strategic business decision-making.
• Experience leading business transformation, ERP implementations and change management programs.
• Outstanding leadership capability with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• CA/CPA qualified with exceptional commercial acumen, communication skills and a hands-on approach to leadership.
