- Develop and execute brand plans, launch strategies, promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives aligned with commercial and partner objectives.
- Analyse market, customer, competitor, prescriber and pharmacy insights to identify opportunities, inform strategy and optimise portfolio performance.
- Lead forecasting, demand planning, budget management and performance reporting, partnering closely with Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial teams.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of selected strategic pharmaceutical partnerships, including partner governance, performance reporting, contractual obligations, issue resolution and key deliverables.
- Partner cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Commercial Operations, Finance, Supply, Quality and Legal to deliver compliant, high-quality execution across brands and alliances.
Key Skills and Requirements - 3–5 years’ relevant experience in product management, brand management, pharmaceutical marketing or a related healthcare commercial role, ideally within prescription medicines.
- Strong knowledge of the Australian pharmaceutical landscape, including PBS dynamics, prescriber and pharmacy engagement, market access, competitive activity and relevant Medicines Australia/TGA requirements.
- Proven brand and product management capability, with experience developing and executing brand plans, product launches, lifecycle strategies, promotional programs and performance tracking.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, P&L and gross margin management, demand planning and analysis of commercial performance.
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain and other functions, as well as with external strategic partners.
