About The Role
Join DBG Health as an Associate Brand Manager, supporting the Brand Managers in the development and execution of data-led brand strategies to drive market share, sales performance, and consumer awareness across the Consumer Health Care Brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of brand plans and marketing strategies, using market, sales, customer and consumer insights to identify opportunities and drive brand growth.
- Coordinate the development, approval and delivery of marketing assets across trade and consumer channels, including eDMs, social media, trade advertising, POS and promotional materials.
- Partner with Brand Managers, Sales teams and key internal stakeholders to deliver brand initiatives, presentations and tools that support sales performance, customer engagement and substitution opportunities.
- Support the management of A&P budgets and brand expenditure, including invoice processing, budget tracking, reconciliation and monitoring spend against agreed plans.
- Maintain strong brand, category and industry knowledge while ensuring all activities are delivered in line with company policies, compliance requirements, brand guidelines and agreed timelines.
Skills & Experience - At least 2 years’ experience in a Marketing Coordinator or equivalent marketing/brand role, with exposure to brand planning and campaign execution.
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret data, apply insights and build effective relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience is preferred but not mandatory, with candidates from other relevant consumer or fast-moving industries encouraged to apply.
