About the role
The Quality Assurance Associate will work collaboratively as a member of the Scientific Affairs team, to ensure the products supplied to our customers meets the relevant regulatory standards, contractual obligations, and our internal quality standards.
We are looking for a critical thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills and the desire to learn. While some of the work is routine, due to the diversity of our portfolio this role provides a broad range of challenges.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the role include performing release for distribution and establishing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all aspects of product quality. Proactive problem solving skills, the ability to collaborate and strong customer focus will be key to your success. Key stakeholders include internal Supply Chain and Logistics teams, and external service providers including 3PL warehouses, suppliers and GMP service providers.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance, or a related role, in the pharmaceutical industry. Practical experience of pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or packaging will be highly regarded.
- Understands and able to apply the principles of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP), and the QA/QC systems associated with the manufacture of medicines.
- Demonstrates high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, with a focus on quality in all work and activities.
- Critical thinker with exceptional problem solving skills. Familiar with quality risk management principles.
- Well-developed organisation and time-management skills with an ability to balance and prioritise a variety of tasks and competing demands, in order to manage workflow efficiently and meet critical time frames.
- Proven self-direction with the skills to be resourceful and the ability to exercise discretion and judgement in working independently and as part of a team.
