About the role:
The Sales Coordinator isa professional responsible for supporting the national sales team in executing the strategic objectives. Whilst the role is not client facing, it requires interaction with customers – namely stakeholders within buying groups, Owner/Pharmacists, and relevant pharmacy staff.
Ultimately the Sales Coordinator is seen as a conduit between the national sales team, the broader VidaCorp team and our customers. This role contributes to the overall success and delivery of the VidaCorp commercial objectives.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Project Management of sales conferences, state meetings, customer meetings, travel requirements and accommodation bookings
- Involvement in projects as required, including planning, report generation, performance tracking & coordination.
- Demonstrating knowledge of the VidaCorp business and commercial objectives to support decision making, solution centred support to sales functions ensuring delivery of a customer centric outcome Preparing and coordinating packs for customers (on behalf of the sales team)
- Support sales forces tactical campaign execution e.g. NPD (New Product Launches) Understanding the strategic and tactical objectives for target pharmacy banners, groups and independents
Skills & Experience: - 1-2 years’ experience in an administration / customer service / sales role in a complex working environment.
- Experience delivering outstanding administrative and customer support and managing a high volume of tasks with competing priorities.
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry would be highly regarded. Well-developed administrative and organisational skills with an ability to prioritise a variety of tasks and competing demands.
- Proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach to all aspects of the role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- An understanding of and complete commitment to confidentiality.
