About the role:
The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across retail and wholesale channels. You will engage with customers through various communication platforms, ensuring timely responses and resolutions in line with KPIs. The role involves managing order-related inquiries, processing refunds and returns, adjusting stock levels, and assisting with wholesale account orders. Additionally, you will support overflow tasks from Skin Service and Warehouse teams and compile reports to track customer feedback and service performance. Collaboration is key, as you maintain clear communication with Warehouse teams and contribute to a unified team culture. Ongoing training ensures you stay updated on products, promotions, and service systems.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries across a variety of communication channels and platforms using approved technology
- Prepare and compile regular reports to monitor customer feedback, enquiry volumes, KPIs and overall customer service
- Resolve order-based enquiries in a positive way in the shortest timeframes possible
- Facilitate customer refunds and returns process within policy and KPI guidelines
- Collaborate with key leaders and across the organisation and contribute to the ‘one team’ culture
- Maintain clear & day-to-day lines of communication with Warehouse teams to ensure operational efficiency
Skills & Experience: - Minimum 2 years+ of customer service experience customer experience, customer service, contact centre or retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- High levels of attention to detail
- Microsoft Office (or similar) skills
- The ability to work efficiently and to deadlines
- Previous operational experience with customer service technologies
