The Role
We're seeking a passionate Medical Sales Representative to join our growing medical services sales team. This individual will run their territory as their business unit and contribute to the launch of exciting new products. As a part of one of our top-performing sales teams, you'll play a vital role in improving health outcomes for Australians.
- Bayside - North Gold Coast Territory
-Country Trip -Gladstone and Rockhampton
As a Medical Sales Representative, you'll:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with General Practitioners, Pharmacists, and Nurses
- Manage and develop the assigned territory to achieve sales targets, including travel to regional areas
- Create and execute territory business plans focusing on account management
- Analyse performance targets and measure the impact of prescriber initiatives
- Engage with customers to build trust and confidence in our products
- Secure access to Healthcare Professionals through appointments and drop-ins
- Cultivate positive relationships with HCPs and their support staff
We're looking for candidates with:
- A consultative approach to sales
- Demonstrated sales experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or allied health fields
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- A collaborative mindset with a commitment to teamwork
