About the role
The Business Partner will work collaboratively with the Finance and Supply Chain team. Facilitating the Demand Process across Arrotex. Primarily operational in nature to ensure robust 36 months forecast are in place. To assist in maintaining forecasts, to improve forecast accuracy and in turn avoid Out Of Stocks and minimising overstocks. With a strategic slant, this role requires that the future Arrotex Demand needs are anticipated, and continuous improvements are predicted, clearly understood, communicated, and solutions are proactively developed in advance.
  
Key Responsibilities 

• Ensure all invoices are raised accurately and in a timely manner.
• Work to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing.
• Assist in developing and enhancing the rebate and reimbursement claims process.
• Ensure all rebate claims are validated and processed promptly.
• Monitor and resolve any issues arising in the claims process.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to streamline invoicing and rebate claims processes.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Complete the preparation of monthly results within the agreed timeframe.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of the monthly results.
• Provide detailed commentary around the month-end results.
• Identify and resolve any transaction or accounting issues.
• Account for any products shipped but not yet invoiced, and accrue customer rebates/reimbursements.
• Ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are completed on time.

Key Requirements 

• Previous business partner experience with Supply Chain.
• Proven experience to work quickly and accurately, with an eye on suggesting improvements to processes and systems.
• Ability to resolve accounting and finance issues through research and analysis
• Meticulous with detail and customer needs; good organisation skills.
• Able to effectively plan and prioritise both regular tasks and project work keeping track of progress and managing effective bring forward systems.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability achieve work activities through and with others.
• The confidence to work independently, seeking guidance when appropriate and ability to work well as part of a wider team
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Forms, etc.
