Location: Cincinnati, OH (Downtown)
Years of Experience: 3-10
Contract Length: 6 month contract-to-hire, must be able to convert to FTE without sponsorship.

We're looking for someone who can crunch large data sets, drill down to uncover meaningful insights, and identify new opportunities. This role requires evaluating business tradeoffs and clearly communicating actionable, data-driven recommendations to diverse stakeholders. You'll collaborate across departments to understand business challenges, explore data, and influence decision-makers with evidence-based insights.
The first interview will be technical.
What You'll Do
As a Mid-Level Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide insights and recommendations that will guide strategic decisions within the company.
We are looking for someone who goes beyond data manipulation—someone who can uncover opportunities, evaluate business tradeoffs, and clearly communicate actionable recommendations to diverse stakeholders. You will collaborate across departments to understand business challenges, explore data, and influence decision-makers with evidence-based insights.
Key Responsibilities
What You'll Do - Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives tailored to different audiences, including executives, business partners, and technical teams.
- Develop and present multiple solution options to stakeholders, explaining risks, benefits, and expected impact.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities that drive business outcomes.
- Standardize and improve data processes, quality, and availability in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
What You Bring - Proficiency in Python and SQL, including experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Experience with statistical modeling and advanced analytical methods such as regression, predictive modeling, machine learning, and/or causal inference to support strategic decision‑making.
- Strong exploratory data analysis skills, with the ability to detect trends, anomalies, and drivers of business outcomes.
- Experience with Power BI for building clear visualizations and dashboards.
- A problem‑solving, innovative mindset with curiosity, creativity, and a focus on measurable business impact.
- Comfort working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
