The Cadet Program:

• Our two-year program is your ticket to the construction world. You'll explore three core rotations: Contract Administration, Site Supervision, and Engineering. But wait, there's more! We also offer elective rotations in Design, Estimating, and Safety. You'll get hands-on experience while you learn and grow.
• Worried about balancing work and study? Fear not! We've got your back. You'll enjoy up to 1.5 days off during university semesters to attend those essential face-to-face lectures. Plus, we offer study leave to help you excel in your academic pursuits.
