The Opportunity

Reporting to the Project Manager and Senior Project Engineers, you will support the successful delivery of the project across design, construction and site execution. The role suits engineers looking to step up, broaden their experience, or consolidate their technical and site‑based capability.
Key Responsibilities

• Support project and site management with coordination of subcontractors and trades
• Assist with design management, resolving design issues and providing technical input
• Contribute to program preparation, tracking and reporting
• Support cost management, quality assurance and environmental controls on site
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure works are delivered to program and quality expectations
• Actively promote and support health and safety initiatives on site

About You

• Relevant building or engineering qualifications
• Experience on mid to large‑scale building construction projects (structures through to fit‑out)
• Sound technical skills with the ability to problem solve and show initiative
• Experience working with subcontractors and supporting design coordination
• Strong focus on quality, safety and teamwork
