The Role: Education Site Manager

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a large construction projects in Sydney
• Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain momentum and ensure daily site operations run smoothly
• Champion safety, quality, and performance across all site teams and subcontractors
• Contribute to design reviews, site-specific planning, and construction programming

About You

• Proven experience managing large-scale projects
• Relevant trade or construction qualifications
• Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, hands-on approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Committed to delivering high-quality outcomes safely and efficiently

The Project

Construction of a large-scale educational facility in Sydney, including:

• Learning and teaching spaces
• Administration and staff amenities
• Site infrastructure, access roads, and car parking
• Landscaping and outdoor learning environments
